Working for it... IN EDUCATION...
All I can say is that what ever it is… (It being that mythological goal humans try to get to) I am so working for it. Being an educator in California is like being a one legged man in an ass-kicking contest. I am doing my best to make a difference and I love doing what I do but I am so tired of the media telling the general population that teachers are bad people who get paid WAY too much...
Being Scared... Fixing myself...
Not much scares me. I have seen and done a lot in my life and I have thought I was strong and healthy. Today I was put on blood pressure medication and was told that my weight and stress levels were sending to me stroke land. I always thought that I would have time to get “back in shape” and blah blah, quit the tobacco and stop indulging in my Guinness on the weekends. Seems like...
